Are Brokers Independent or Captive to Agent Growth Group?

Brokers are never held captive to Agent Growth Group. Our partners are Independent Brokers and hold contracts directly with the carriers with Agent Growth Group being listed as their Agency partner. Our Brokers are free to do all of their business with us, or have multiple Agency partners. We want to earn the right to do business with you.

Do I own my book of business and commissions?

Yes! Brokers who partner with Agent Growth Group own 100% of their book of business and commissions from day 1. If one of our partners chooses to leave our Agency, the book of business is retained by the Agent as long as they remain licensed, certified, and appointed with the respective carriers and are eligible to receive commissions from the respective carrier.

Are there any production requirements or minimum hours?

Absolutely not! We want to help you be as successful as possible and achieve whatever level of success you're personally looking to achieve, which is different for everyone. Whether your looking to work part time, full time, or as time permits we are here to help. We have Broker partners who write a substantial amount of business every month, as well as Brokers who write business when it's convenient for them or as opportunities arise.
